Gadget is running on new Maemo 4.0 internet tablet v2007 operating system and has a 330 MHz TI processor for give a good performance. The display is also good, it has a large 4.13 inches of TFT touch screen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and the internal memory is 128 MB and company also provide a 256 MB Flash memory card. The external card slot has a capacity up to 16 GB microSD.

The camera of Nokia N800 is not so good it has only 0.3 mega pixels camera that providing resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.
