Airtel delivers its broadband service to customers through a fiber backbone of Carrier Ethernet Network with last mile delivery on copper using ADSL2+ technology. In this new Airtel Broadband service they have two plans as given below:-A. Speed Combo 2999 - receive 16 Mbps broadband speed with monthly data transfer limit of 20 GB along with a fixed line connection at Rs. 2999 per month,
B. Speed Combo 4999 – receive 16 Mbps broadband speed with monthly data transfer limit of 50 GB along with a fixed line connection at Rs. 4999 per month,

AIRTEL is bad service provider. M/S Balji Telecommunications , Karol Bagh Delhi , charged me 750/- for net installation fee. they came to my place to pick cheque . After 2 days i was told that the are is not covered , and now i will need to contact company for refund ! i have waited 45 days - nO REFUND. Their nodal officers and appealette authority is useless too. Just AVOID AIRTEL. AVOID FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHE.
They are great that they have launched the High Speed Internet connectivity with Airtel Broadband which connects us up to 16 Mbps broadband speed. It is also a convenient thing for everyone or the costumers.
