Internet Explorer has inbuilt function of blocking these kind of sites. Simply follow the steps and our systems are protected to access these kinds of sites. Open your Internet Explorer then click on Tools followed by Internet Options & Content. Find our "Content Advisor" section click on "Enable". When you click on it then a popup window will open for Content Advisor. From here you can set your settings. Use "Ratings" Tab – Set rating levels for: language, nudity, sex and violence. Source

Very nice add-on. I have been considering using the alternative DNS service to block unsafe sites but this is a much simpler solution.
Really it would be a great add-on if it works. It would be helpful in preventing kinds from opening porn sites. I am sure that many people would definitely like it.
